What can I expect from the event?

Where is the experience located?

It will be held at KINTEX, Hall 1 of Exhibition Center 1.

Will the event be held indoors or outdoors?

This experience will be held indoors.

How long does the experience last?

The experience is open from 13:00 until 22:00. We will open the admission at 12:00 and it will close at 21:00.

Can I purchase food or drinks at the event?

Yes, you will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. Food and drinks can only be consumed in the outdoor areas (separate food and drinking zones).

Can users bring water and food?

Outside food is not allowed. Only PET bottles of water (500 ml or less) are permitted.

Is there parking available?

There will be paid parking available.

Is there a dress code?

There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.

Can I purchase MD merchandise or souvenirs?

Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.

Where can I purchase tickets?

In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store On the Fever website

Will I be able to purchase tickets on site?

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

No, for this event you won't be able to transfer your tickets to another person.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. They will be available 7 days before the experience, so don’t worry if you can’t access them beforehand. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not available on the same day of the experience. If you need assistance with this, please contact us. For more information, you can refer to our T&C.

Can I make a group booking?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

The doors for the experience will open at 13:00 and will close at 21:00.

Are pets allowed? Are guide dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

No, they are unfortunately not allowed.

What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?

Items such as weapons and firearms are prohibited at the experience. Smoking is allowed in separate areas for this purpose.

Are there tickets for caregivers?

Unfortunately, no carer tickets are available for this event.

Is the venue accessible to people with visual and hearing impairments?

We are happy to confirm that both deaf and visually impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, the indoor venue is air-conditioned.

Are there strobe lights?

This event won't include strobe lights.

Are there sitting areas or chairs available at the event?

There is a food-eating zone available. The performance seating is all standing.

Can users bring chairs/camping chairs/mats, or are they provided at the event?

Bringing your own chairs, camping chairs, or mats is not allowed at the venue.

Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.

Can I take photos or videos during the event?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes, they can attend. Please, come to the unregistered booth.

Is the difference between special tickets and general tickets only in price? Do all ticket holders stay in the same area?

Yes, the only difference is the price. All ticket holders stay in the same area.
